Alocasia reginula 'Tabin'
Description: A beautiful foliage plant that while established in cultivation under the name Alocasia 'Black Velvet' has only very recently been discovered in the wild, in Borneo. The broad thick leaves have a sheen that is similar to crushed velvet and which contrasts with the silvery white veins. Cultivation recommendations:
A tropical plant requiring high humidity and a minimum temperature of 20C for good growth. The best leaf colours develop in good light but avoid direct sun. A compact grower and best displayed with at least two plants per pot. $5.00
