How to order

Make sure you can comply with the import
requirements of your country. See Permits.

Click on Shop, then Plant catalogue, then
select the plant group you would like to order.

Enter the selected items into the shopping
card.

Fill out all the necessary information, including
shipping method and your payment information.

For Malaysian customers:
After you enter the shipping information, and click on Submit
Order, we will contact you by e-mail for the shipping charges
and prices in Malaysian Ringgits.
For payment by Electronic Transfer or International
Money Orders :
Please contact us at sales@malesiana.com
with your order requirement.

Once you have paid, we will acknowledge receipt
of your order. We will then start the permit process, which
takes between 4 weeks.

We will notify you by email when we have shipped
your order and give you the air waybill number for tracking
purposes.

Australian and New Zealand Customers:
We currently do not ship retail to Australia and New Zealand. Please
contact one of our distributors in Australia under Link,
Other Retail Nurseries.
Minimum Order
Since we charge no additional fees for processing of plant permits
(CITES, Export, and Phytosanitary), we require a minimum order size
of US$50.00 for plants (excluding freight charges). There is no
minimum order size for non-plant material such as posters and books.
About our prices
For convenience in processing international orders, all prices are
listed in US Dollars. Please note that due to variable exchange
rates offered by banks, some credit card orders may incur a charge
discrepancy.
Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment is required in full
before the order is processed. We accept payment by Credit Cards
(Visa, MasterCard, JCB). If you wish to pay by International Money
Order or Electronic Transfer, we will send you the payment instructions
by email. Please note that if we have not received payment within
14 days, your order will be cancelled. |
