How to order
New Policy - Effective 1st October 2009
“There will be additional fees for Export permits (CITES, Export and Phytosanitary ).
- Make sure you can comply with import requirements of your country and send us import permits or other documentation that are required to be send with the shipment. See Permits.
- For Malaysian customers:
Make your selections from our plant catalogue located on our main website and email them to us asking for a quote. Minimum order USD 50 (plant value) plus the cost of a phytosanitary certificate, permit cost and shipping cost. We will quote prices in Malaysian Ringgits.
- For customers from countries outside Malaysia:

Make your selection from our plant catalogue located on our main website and email them to us asking for quote. Minimum order USD 50 (plant value) plus the cost of Export permits (CITES, Export and Phytosanitary ) and shipping cost.
Order Online: “Instant Confirmation Online Purchase”
Step 1: Make sure you can comply with the import
requirements of your country
Step 2 : Click on Shop, then Plant catalogue, then select the plant group you would like to order.
Step 3 :
Enter the selected items into the shopping cart system.
Step 4 : Fill out all the necessary information, including shipping method via EMS (Express Mail Service)
Step 5 : Complete payment for plants value and shipping with our partnership, RBS Worldpay. RBS Worldpay accept payment by credit cards.
Step 6 : Guaranteed Instant confirmation online with order ID issued.
Step 7 : Once you have paid via RBS Worldpay, we will acknowledge receipt of your Order by email.
Step 8 : Fees for processing plant permits (CITES, Export and Phytosanitary ) to be email to customer. Customer can pay permit fees via offline credit card
Step 9 : Permit processing will take between 6 to 8 weeks.
Step 10 : After receiving Export permits, we will notify via email customer that we are ready to ship order. When we have shipped order, we will send you the Air
waybill tracking number and tracking web site (if available for your country).

Minimum Order
A minimum retail order size of US$50.00 for plants (excluding freight charges). Please contact us at sales@malesiana.com for non-plant material such as posters and books.
About our prices
For convenience in processing international orders, all prices are listed in US Dollars. Please note that due to variable exchange rates offered by banks, some credit card orders may incur a charge discrepancy.
We will regularly keep our price update with inventory.
Payment
Payment is required in full before any order can be processed.
For Instant Confirmation online, our payment partnership with RBS Worldpay, a company with a Royal Bank of Scotland, guarantees to protect your money and personal information. RBS Worldpay accept payment by credit cards.
Bank fee for credit cards payment manually
We can accept Credit Cards payment (Visa and MasterCard) manually. When you placed your order, we will send you a Credit Card Authorization Form. For security purpose, you may send your credit card details split into 2 to 3 emails. A bank fee 3.7% will be added to payments made by credit card manually. Malesiana does not keep any part of the fee and this fee will be deduct from our account by the bank to be forward to credit card companies.
For payment by Electronic Transfer or International Money Orders :
To avoid expensive bank fee, you may make payment by International Electronic Transfer Or International Money Order. Please email us at sales@malesiana.com with your order requirement. We can send you the payment instructions and bank details.
We will commence processing your order upon receiving full payment. If we have not received payment within 14 days, your order will be cancelled.
